Who?

Elodie GIRONDE

A journalist and television show producer for over 20 years, I took a turn over 10 years ago, for the world of gastronomy , by introducing the culinary riches that France has to offer, notably through Julie Andrieu's show ("Les Carnets de Julie", on France 3). A program that I was able to develop through a new format, a 2-hour Prime, "Le Festin de Julie". The first was held at the Château de Chambord, the second on the French Riviera during the Belle Époque. A jubilant playground, to implement grandiloquent meals while continuing to call upon a host of passionate producers and artisans .

The Dîner Paysan is the logical continuation of these exceptional moments and it is this knowledge of the land, this energy which overflows our countryside, that I want to make you discover, by sharing a meal outside the walls and in contact with humans.

Today, I set down my suitcases in Quebec, a vast land to explore, with many nuggets to share.

In addition, my passion for the work of winegrowers pushed me to follow training in Sommellerie , to share with you my discoveries and favorites, in France but also in Quebec .
